15872A. It was 15 years ago since the Great War’s end.
More than half a century who died in the battlegrounds after the war. Of the many players that played on the international stage, just two were left which were the kingdom of Cirinthia and the old Republic of Tariq. Dimitri Noraskov was a hero of the Kingdom of Arkadya which fell. He emerged from the rubble. He saw the king of his country as a coward to give up his position to the Treaty of Evenheart, as well as a traitor accepting the Treaty of Evenheart.
So did his people.
In the time that Noraskov deposed his king and seized power, the people backed him. They backed him when he claimed the land which were taken from him. Then they backed him as he raised an army. In his opinion, nations all over the world were exhausted due to his experience during the Great War to implement the Treaty’s terms. His theory has proven
successful.
The Arkadyan Empire is showing no signs of curbing its aggression. Many are worried that the possibility of a repeat of the Great War, that at one time could have been prevented, is now all but certain. There are a few who think it’s possible to slow down…

Custom-designed battle system – Rise of the Third Power provides eight characters playable in the battle system that was created entirely from scratch. Each character has particular strengths and weaknesses. All of whom are meant to battle together without the necessity of tedious game management. Mix each character’s distinctive strengths and weaknesses, evaluate the capabilities of your adversaries, set your formation and start fighting.
Political intrigue – As the Rin’s world Rin recuperates of its experience of the Great War, the balance between power and power continues to be a mess, with vacuums of power which are waiting to fill. PERSISTENT EQUIPMENT: Each piece of equipment that is discovered, stolen or bought by a character unlocks an upgrade for their character. Instead of buying replacements players can purchase upgrade options. It’s not necessary to purchase that fantastic helmet back in town but then finding a better one as treasure in a Dungeon… Every player has three slots for equipment with each slot having 8 upgrades there are 192 available to find in all! The system eliminates the monotony of inventory management, while providing the player with the opportunity to find something of value.
STATEMENT DRIVEN: Join 8 friends with different ambitions and views while they begin their a mission to overthrow Dimitri Noaskov, the Arkadyan Emperor. When they travel through the treacherous Rin world, players will be confronted with tragedy, comedy and even drama.
